Advanced imaging systems, such as HiRISE aboard NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO), deliver high-resolution images (up to 0.3 meters per pixel). These images allow scientists and mission planners to:

- Map pathways for exploration rovers and human mobility systems.
