INTERNATIONAL STATIONS
International space stations on Mars will operate collectively together in one location in order to support the growing colonies on Mars in order to provide: air, water and food.
TEAMWORK IS KEY
Many self sufficient and self supporting stations will have to be in constant operation and maintained 7/24.

EDUCATION FOR THE FUTURE
While the environments and missions are quite different, many of the core tasks and roles on a submarine and a SpaceX Starship have parallels. Based on that assumption, Starfleet Space Academy envisions the need to identify, vet and train the following crew positions for a SpaceX Starship on a mission to the Moon or Mars.
